All diamonds are certified by either IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Certificates will be provided with purchase.
Where products contain lab-grown diamonds, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds.
All items are shipped fully insured via tracked and signed-for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
Orders over £5,000 qualify for free shipping within the UK and Isle of Man.
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
One free ring resize is offered within 60 days of purchase. Additional resizing will incur charges based on complexity.
Some designs cannot be resized. We will advise at time of purchase if this applies.
